Cooperative Center Federal Credit Union proudly joined the 21st Annual MRC-MEF Run for Education on September 30, 2023, which culminated in a remarkable gathering of over 540 runners and 42 sponsors, raising $101,000 for the Martinez Education Foundation (MEF). These funds directly contribute to teacher grants across the Martinez Unified School District, enhancing academic resources in crucial areas such as technology, reading, science, math, art, and music.
This event not only supports the educational fabric of the community but also underscores the collaborative spirit of Martinez, with participants enjoying the festive atmosphere energized by live performances and community camaraderie.
