To get started, dial (510) 845-6428 option 2 during normal business hours — or option 3 after hours. If you are new to telephone banking, the system will prompt you for the last 4 of social security number for account verification purposes. Once verified you will be prompted to set a permanent pin. You will be required to enter both your member number and secure PIN code to access your account information.
