Attention CCFCU Members: VISA and Debit Card Users
In November 08 the Credit Union was notified by Pemco Visa Risk Management that there were several fraudulent charges from the state of Florida. Several of these charges affected our membership although they had their credit cards in their possession. Since Visa USA has not yet figured out the point of compromise, we immediately blocked transactions occurring in the state of Florida. The same scenario followed in the States of Texas, Washington DC, Virginia and Ohio. These regions have also been blocked to prevent further losses. At this time, these regions will remain blocked until the authorities solve the case.
