Account Research
Having problems balancing your statement? We will research or reconcile your account for you at the rate of $30.00 per hour, by appointment only please.

Check photocopies
You can order copies of your cleared checks. You get the first three copies in the current month for free(per month) additional request $5.00/copy. Please allow 3-5 business days to process request.

Statement Copies:
Available upon request. $3.00/page

Stop Payments
Please call us to request a stop payment (the fee is $15.00/item/range). We may also ask you to fax a written signed request. Once the stop is placed, a stop payment form will be mailed to you for your signature. You must return the form to us within 14 days from the stop date, or we may revoke the stop payment.
